Our client is seeking an experienced Training Content Creator, ready to bring their skills, experience, and energy to a great, growing team.
What you'll be doing…
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive eLearning modules using industry-standard software.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather requirements and translate complex information into clear, engaging content.
- Apply instructional design methodologies to structure effective learning experiences.
- Create multimedia elements, including graphics, animations, voice-over scripts, and assessments.
- Ensure compatibility of courses with the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Conduct quality assurance testing and revise content based on feedback.
- Maintain consistency in branding, tone, and instructional standards across all training materials.
- Update and improve existing content based on performance data, user feedback, and process changes.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
The right person has…
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Hands-on experience with eLearning content creation tools such as Adobe Captivate or Articulate 360 Storyline.
- 2+ years of experience developing eLearning or digital training content.
- Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design principles.
- Experience working with LMS platforms and SCORM-compliant content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work overtime (up to 20% weekly) as project needs require.
- Ability to travel (up to 20%) to any of our North American Facilities, including Canada and Mexico.
