**Your Role and Impact:**
As a Senior Procurement Consultant, you will be at the forefront of developing and executing a global procurement strategy that aligns with our business needs. You’ll partner with senior stakeholders to manage procurement processes, ensuring that purchasing activities are strategically aligned before any commercial commitments are made. Your leadership will be crucial in overseeing our international Procurement Operations Center of Excellence, maintaining responsive global service, and advancing priority procurement initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Centralize and execute a global procurement strategy that supports strategic sourcing and technology procurement.
– Lead complex RFI/RFP/RFX processes and negotiations with technology providers and strategic suppliers.
– Oversee supplier lifecycle management, from demand through contracting and performance management.
– Manage procurement operations, ensuring a strong control environment and seamless procure-to-pay processes.
– Collaborate with Finance and budget owners to contribute to forecasting, variance analysis, and spend management.
**What We’re Looking For:**
– 8–10 years of progressive experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, and supplier management.
– Proven leadership in complex sourcing processes and enterprise technology agreement negotiations.
– Strong knowledge of procurement operations, including procure-to-pay (P2P) and asset controls.
– Experience with ERP purchasing tools like Workday and workflow platforms like ServiceNow is a plus.
– Strategic, analytical, and collaborative with strong executive presence and communication skills.
**Education & Credentials:**
– Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) preferred.
