Sr. Financial Analyst

Our esteemed client is located in Bingham, Michigan, and is eager to welcome a capable Sr. Financial Analyst to their dynamic team!
What you will be doing:
- Prepare and validate financial information and journal entries.
- Maintain fixed asset records and reconcile account balances monthly.
- Collaborate with various departments to address fixed asset and financial issues.
- Ensure asset retirements are recognized promptly.
- Provide robust support for both internal and external audits.
- Assist in drafting footnotes for quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Execute journal entries, compile financial reports, conduct variance analysis, and manage budgeting.
- Engage in additional responsibilities and assignments as needed.
The right candidate has:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or a similar field.
- Proficiency in English (Read, Write, Speak).
Schedule Notes:
This position is a 13-week contract with potential for conversion based on performance and availability. The candidate will work onsite, engaging in the entire financial process—from beginning to end. This role does not focus heavily on fixed asset work.
