Our client is seeking an experienced Sr. Autonomous Vehicle Data & Quality Analyst, ready to bring their skills, experience, and energy to a great, growing team.
What you'll be doing…
- Develop subject matter expertise to use proprietary tools to analyze and annotate critical information about a test.
- Oversee day-to-day test creation activities, review test yaml files and outputs against test plan requirements, and ensure quality assurance for Python test codes and outputs.
- Facilitate daily training and review calls with the test creation team to introduce new requirements and provide feedback.
- Manage daily pipeline activities, including general data ingestion and issue mitigation, while creating and maintaining SQL queries and dashboards to surface critical insights.
- Identify and document edge cases to enhance policies and engineering systems.
- Coordinate training and continuous learning initiatives to bridge knowledge gaps and adapt to changes in instructions, processes, and team configuration.
- Consolidate technical support issues and offer ad-hoc training support.
- Investigate and report weekly KPIs for the entire team, updating metric performance and reporting trends, outliers, and improvement opportunities.
- Perform ad hoc projects as required.
The right person has…
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills; proficient in presentation and documentation.
- Leadership capabilities in project management and workforce management.
- Strong execution skills with attention to detail.
- Basic Linux command line skills and familiarity with Git.
- Experience with YAML or other markup languages and working knowledge of Python.
- Proficiency in data analysis with expertise in Google Sheets/Excel; SQL and BigQuery knowledge are a plus.
- The ability to learn quickly and identify inefficiencies.
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment.
- Experience in managing process and product quality, with the ability to lead and implement necessary changes for desired results.
- Auditing workflow experience to identify edge cases, gaps, and improve policies; experience in AV performance and testing is preferred, with labeling experience as a plus.
