Our client is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager, ready to bring their skills, experience, and energy to a great, growing team spread across multiple locations from Orlando all the way down to Naples coast. You will be managing 25 locations, each covering 5,000-10,000 sq ft, and your travel expenses will be reimbursed.
What you'll be doing…
- Establishing, operating, and maintaining a comprehensive Facility Management program to manage and oversee Operations and Maintenance of Buildings, Systems, and Equipment across multiple sites.
- Building working relationships with property managers and landlords, while being the boots on the ground managing facilities projects.
- Identifying and addressing root causes with a focus on engineering principles and ensuring all client and company policies regarding service delivery, safety, and compliance are followed.
The right person has…
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management with a management/technical emphasis; an MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of industry experience, either in a corporate environment, third-party service provider, or as a consultant.
- Strong leadership, management, and interpersonal skills with proficiency in MS programs and computer proficiency in CMMS systems.
