Our client is seeking an experienced Site Manager, ready to bring their skills, experience, and energy to a great, growing team.
What you'll be doing…
- Oversee site maintenance and facilities services including janitorial, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, critical systems, HVAC, and others defined within the scope of the site.
- Manage facility management vendors to ensure timely arrival and clear direction on site duties.
- Handle all work order performance within the company's system to ensure effective and timely completion per service level agreements.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environment, and risk management policies and procedures in collaboration with site managers.
- Support site operations, including moves/reconfigurations, events, safety, reception, and mail services.
The right person has…
- Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Facilities, Property, Business or related field desirable.
- Minimum 2 years of facility or property management, assessment, operations experience or related field experience.
- Proficiency in a range of information technology tools and platforms.
- Knowledge of standard commercial real estate, business, and accounting practices.
- Understanding of the financial impact of building concerns, including expense and capital planning.
- Basic understanding of Facility Management concepts and technical knowledge of building systems.
- Proven track record of excellent internal and external customer service.
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook).
