Our client is seeking an experienced Site Manager 5, ready to bring their skills, experience, and energy to a great, growing team.
What you'll be doing…
- Manage operations for 24 locations, each ranging from 5,000-10,000 sq ft.
- Establish and maintain working relationships with property managers and landlords.
- Utilize CMMS systems to ensure efficient facilities management.
- Travel by car to multiple locations with reimbursement for travel expenses.
- Handle emergency coverage and support other Facility Managers as needed.
- Drive operational excellence through innovative programs to reduce costs and increase productivity.
The right person has…
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Facilities Management with a management/technical emphasis; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of industry experience in a corporate environment, third-party service provider, or as a consultant.
- Strong leadership, management, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS programs such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Computer proficiency in CMMS systems.
