**Your Role and Impact:**
As a System Analyst, you will be the linchpin in translating customer needs into actionable insights for our engineering, platform, and support teams. Your contributions will ensure that our migration and onboarding processes are clear, repeatable, and executed smoothly, fostering confidence among stakeholders. By identifying and managing cross-team dependencies, you will play a vital role in maintaining predictable and steady progress across our projects.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Engage with application teams and stakeholders to refine business and technical requirements.
– Guide customers through onboarding expectations, ensuring clarity on scope and timelines.
– Develop and maintain process flows and operational workflows for platform integration.
– Document system interactions and data flows between legacy and target environments.
– Coordinate across teams to ensure work progresses in the correct sequence.
– Proactively manage cross-team dependencies and support mitigation planning.
**What We’re Looking For:**
– A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science.
– Minimum of 8 years of experience in complex IT environments.
– Active Top Secret Security Clearance is required.
– Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
– Proficiency in Microsoft and Adobe toolsets.
– A self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
– Experience with enterprise platform environments or shared services models.
– Familiarity with cloud platforms or modern application hosting environments.
– Understanding of database, platform, and security coordination in IT delivery.
– Experience in federal or highly regulated environments.
