Our client is seeking a highly skilled and self-directed Senior IT Interface Analyst to join their dynamic healthcare team. If you are ready to take charge and lead the configuration of cutting-edge interfaces, we are looking for you!
What you'll be doing…
- Lead the configuration and enhancement of interfaces for Epic applications and ancillary systems.
- Troubleshoot technical problems and conduct analyses for efficient solutions using Cloverleaf and Epic Bridges.
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining a complex interface environment for seamless operations.
- Act as a consultant for integration solutions and architecture.
- Coordinate solutions and planning with IT teams, and work alongside Application Analysts to resolve workflow impacts.
- Direct and plan workflow/dataflow sessions, managing requirements changes with senior business sponsors.
- Occasionally train end users on Bridges tools.
- Collaborate with departments, system leaders, clinicians, and technology vendors for effective solutions.
- Provide input to estimate work effort and resources for Statements of Work.
- Manage medium-to-complex integration issues and critical support/enhancements in HFHS HELIOS systems.
- Perform maintenance, resolve incidents, and assist teammates with testing activities.
- Work closely with various departments and technology vendors to resolve interface production support issues.
- May supervise and mentor 1-2 other Interface Analysts.
The right person has…
- 7 years of applicable experience required; 5 years in healthcare setting preferred.
- Expertise with HL7, XML, ANSI x12 healthcare messaging formats.
- Experience with the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Current certification on Epic Bridges or must attain within 6 months.
- Certification on Cloverleaf interface engine, version 20.1 or higher, or must attain within 6 months.
- Experience with at least two major system implementations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of medical terminology.
- Ability to meet core customer service standards and behaviors.
- Self-directed, flexible, team-oriented, and open to new learning experiences.
- Accepts diversity and demonstrates customer service values.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or 5 years of additional experience in healthcare application maintenance/integration.
Languages:
- English: Read, Write, Speak
Certifications & Licenses:
- Certification on Cloverleaf interface engine, version 20.1 or higher.
- Current Certification on Epic Bridges.
- EPIC certification.
- Medical terminology certification.
