Look no further! Our esteemed client is in search of a talented Lead Business Systems Analyst to become an integral part of their dynamic team. This role offers a balanced hybrid work schedule of 60% onsite and 40% remote (three days on-site and two days remote), established post-onboarding.
What You'll Be Doing…
- Requirements Analysis & Documentation:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and system capabilities.
The Right Person Has…
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, including at least 2 years in a lead role.
- In-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies (functional, regression, integration, UAT).
- Hands-on experience with test script creation and execution.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
