Our client is seeking an experienced Refrigeration Facilities Technician, ready to bring their skills, experience, and energy to a great, growing team.
What you'll be doing…
- Assist the operations team with maintenance and repair of building and equipment.
- Conduct general interior maintenance, including HVAC/R coil cleaning and kitchen equipment maintenance.
- Perform minor plumbing repairs.
- Maintain lighting system bulbs and ballasts.
- Complete special tasks such as painting, locksmith work, and tenant service requests.
- Be on call for after-hours emergencies and adhere to safety procedures, housekeeping, and safety standards.
- Participate in ongoing technical, safety, and operational process training programs.
- Document work performance and materials procurement as directed.
The right person has…
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Class B UST Certification.
- A valid state driver’s license.
- Completion of a relevant technical training program and a minimum of one year of applicable work experience in building repair, maintenance, basic plumbing, and electrical.
- The ability to lift a minimum of 80 lbs., use ladders up to 30 ft, with mechanical and electrical aptitude.
- Ability to pass background, drug/alcohol, and MVR screening processes.
- Ability to comply with both organizational and client-directed Policies & Procedures.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
