What you'll be doing…
- Leading the planning, design, and execution of system testing on a range of implementations, from simple to complex.
- Translating business requirements into precise, actionable test plans and detailed test cases.
- Collaborating effectively with the IT department and other business units to execute and validate test cases based on system requirements.
- Putting software and computer applications through rigorous testing to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency.
- Producing and disseminating comprehensive testing reports to project teams.
- Documenting new developments through User Guides, Systems Guides, and other relevant documentation.

- Exceptional communication skills to express test cases both verbally and written to stakeholders and development teams.
- Proven ability to collaborate with Project Managers, Architects, Business Analysts, and Developers to ensure test cases are clearly communicated and aligned with expectations.
- Experience in crafting test plans, test cases, and test scripts from scratch, ensuring they meet user expectations during testing.
- Experience in conducting user acceptance testing, functionality testing, regression testing, performance testing, and end-to-end system testing across different applications.
- Strong expertise in reviewing user requirements to ensure they are testable.
- Proficiency in creating diagrams, flowcharts, and workflows of data flow through systems and managing test cases for Quality Assurance.
- A solid background in software and database development concepts.
- A robust track record as a Quality Assurance Analyst within a software development team, skilled in QA management and documentation creation.
- Experience in mapping business processes into test case documentation.
- An understanding of software quality best practices, including test strategy and planning, test case development, deployment, execution, defect tracking, and manuals.
- Strong experience in acceptance testing with the ability to analyze business functions in a Scrum and Agile environment.
Preferred skills (not required)…
- Experience in Database Entity Design
- Previous document creation samples highly preferred
- Familiarity with C#, .NET, PL/SQL, DevOps, SQL Server, Oracle, and Visio
- Experience with MVC, Scrum / Agile methodologies, and SDLC
