Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager, ready to bring their skills, experience, and energy to a great, growing team.
What you'll be doing…
- Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities across various locations in the Radnor, PA area.
- Manage tenant improvement and capital improvement projects in construction settings, representing the landlord in commercial office projects ranging from 5,000 to 100,000 sq ft.
- Conduct weekly project meetings with clients, design teams, and leasing teams, and review RFPs for project design and execution.
The right person has…
- 5-10 years of construction project management experience, ideally in tenant improvement construction management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on problem-solving and interpersonal relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field; PMI or PMP certification preferred.
