Our client is on the lookout for a dynamic and skilled Project Manager ready to lead pivotal projects and make a lasting impact!
What you'll be doing…
- Lead IT projects from inception through completion, ensuring milestones are met and progress is tracked effectively
- Establish and uphold Project Management standards
- Develop a comprehensive project repository aimed at refining future IT project resource estimation
- Manage an Enterprise Project Portfolio encompassing multiple projects
- Handle requirements management tasks, including gathering, analyzing, organizing, and reporting
- Document new developments such as User Guides and Systems Guides
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure cohesive project progression
The right person has…
- Excellent communication skills to articulate requirements verbally and in writing to both stakeholders and the development team
- Collaborative experience with Senior Management, Business Analysts, Architects, QA Teams, and Developers
- Familiarity with PMI standards and IT Project Management success
- Proficiency in project management tools like Azure DevOps and Git
- A Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification
- Understanding of software and database development processes, including test case and quality assurance knowledge
- Experience translating stakeholder requirements into detailed written documents for development teams
- Hands-on experience with managing enterprise-wide projects throughout the project lifecycle
- Strong capabilities in technical documentation and business process mapping
- Proven track record in developing Business Cases, Benefit Analyses, and Risk Identification
Preferred/Not Required…
- Project Management Certification in Scrum or Agile methodologies
