Our client is seeking an experienced Project Engineer, ready to bring their skills, experience, and energy to a great, growing team.
What you'll be doing…
- Coordinate projects by making detailed plans to achieve goals and direct the integration of technical activities.
- Develop, track, and manage project budgets, plans, timelines, and scope.
- Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients.
- Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to plan and assess project feasibility.
- Manage project resources, including procuring staff, developing, motivating, coaching, and advising teams.
- Partner closely with functional project teams to define business requirements.
- Lead root cause analysis and problem resolution for issues ranging from warranty to assembly plant challenges.
- Prepare and present cost-benefit analyses and ensure appropriate project management processes are utilized.

- Proven project management experience and people management skills.
- Advanced knowledge of engineering principles and theory.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to learn business processes quickly.
- Demonstrated adaptability in exercising judgment in a changing environment and managing competing priorities.
- Basic knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and techniques for effective manufacturing and distribution.
- Basic knowledge of business and management principles in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
- Experience with computer software such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field, with PMI or PMP certification preferred.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience.
