Our client is seeking a seasoned Project Coordinator to bring their skills, experience, and energy to a dynamic, growing team.
What you'll be doing…
- Serve as the on-site representative for all active construction activities within assigned project scope.
- Review and interpret approved construction drawings and specifications, ensuring contractor work aligns with design intent.
- Conduct regular site walks to document field conditions and identify non-conformances.
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to resolve field conflicts, escalating as needed.
- Maintain daily construction logs capturing work performed, weather conditions, safety observations, and notable events.
- Photograph and document construction progress, supporting project reporting efforts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for contractors, coordinating access and logistics on site.
- Support the preparation and submission of safety-related documentation.
The right person has…
- Current OSHA 30-Hour Outreach Course certification for the Construction Industry (U.S.).
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications across multiple disciplines.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a construction field role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with construction management platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in an active construction environment with appropriate PPE.
- Good people skills required for coordination at different organizational levels.
