We're looking for a dedicated Program Manager, Technology Services to join us on a 6-month contract in Los Angeles, with the potential for extensions. The position requires office presence three days a week. Dive into the details below.
What You'll Be Doing…
ServiceNow Program Management
- Oversee the master program plan, ensuring timelines for ServiceNow platform development are maintained.
- Manage program-level dependencies and risks while distinguishing between active and conceptual work.
- Ensure accountability by tracking open items and decisions.
- Generate reports and insights for executives that reflect actual program health.
- Facilitate prioritization discussions across various workstreams alongside the SVP.
Technology Integration Coordination
- Coordinate deliverables and dependencies across multiple technology initiatives, addressing organizational growth and complexities.
Additional Program Support
- Assist the SVP, Technology Services in organizing and reporting on current initiatives.
- Maintain an overarching view of all workstreams, ensuring leadership remains informed without needing direct involvement.
The Right Person Has…
- Proven experience managing programs in fast-paced enterprise settings.
- Exposure to large-scale organizational changes and system integrations is a plus.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or other enterprise platforms preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A natural ability to navigate ambiguity and create structure where it doesn’t exist.
