What you'll be doing:
- Developing applications from scratch using Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, databases (Dataverse), and Power BI.
- Collaborating directly with clients to support various projects and solutions.
- Leveraging problem-solving skills to address client pain points and troubleshoot emerging challenges.
- Providing architecture, configuration, administration, and functional support to enhance Microsoft 365 capabilities.
- Designing end-to-end solutions to boost collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing.
- Identifying areas and processes where Microsoft 365, Office 365, and SharePoint can be optimized for process improvement.
- Estimating work content and ensuring planned timelines are met.
- Exhibiting strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Effectively multitasking across various projects.
- Working independently, while also collaborating effectively as part of a team.
- Utilizing analytical and complex problem-solving skills.
Do you have the skills we're looking for?
- Experience as a SharePoint Site Owner and/or Site Collection Administrator.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 development with PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, Teams, and SharePoint Online.
- Business systems analysis and support experience.
- Strong understanding of PowerApps formulas and methods to develop canvas and model-driven apps.
- Capability to implement solutions with multiple data sources.
- Experience in Agile methodology and adaptability in dynamic environments.
Preferred but not required skills:
- Strong foundational knowledge of the Microsoft 365 platform including Exchange, Intune, Entra ID, and Azure ecosystem.
- Understanding of security concepts, including access control and data security.
- Knowledge in installing and configuring data gateways.
