Are you the dynamic Operations Associate we're seeking? We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic individual ready to excel in a vibrant environment.
What you'll be doing:
- Executing various administrative, technical, and customer service tasks across multiple business units.
- Managing and interpreting complex data and communicating it effectively within and outside the organization.
- Assisting in system change management and deployments while resolving technical inquiries.
- Performing asset management, conducting inventories, and overseeing procurement for software and hardware.
- Providing exceptional customer service by assisting with software, hardware, and network operations issues.
- Participating in audits and providing vital records support.
- Working closely with process staffs to achieve strategic goal and deployment initiatives.
- Monitoring and reporting on operations and financial metrics.
The right person has:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong organization, data management, and analytical abilities.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project).
- Capacity to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with corporate policies and procedures.
