What You'll Be Doing…
- Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across all systems.
- Demonstrate technical expertise in one craft area while being multi-skilled in others.
- Ensure seamless operation by performing maintenance and monitoring repairs on Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, and other systems.
- Maintain responsibility for facility services, preventative maintenance, and inventory control.
- Clean, inspect, calibrate, and replace parts in HVAC systems to ensure peak performance.
- Record readings, make necessary adjustments, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
- Monitor maintenance work quality and pricing from external contractors.
- Adhere to safety procedures and propose solutions to eliminate hazards.
The Perfect Candidate Has…
- A High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
- The ability to analyze and resolve issues with Commercial or Industrial Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- EPA 608 Type II Certification.
- Proficiency in computer applications like Word and Excel.
Preferred:
- EPA 608 Universal Certification.
- Two years of trade schooling in electrical system design, refrigeration, and HVAC.
