Our client is seeking an experienced Network Engineer II, ready to bring their skills, experience, and energy to a great, growing team.
What you'll be doing…
- Provide day-to-day support for restaurant-level network inquiries and incidents related to internet services, VPN, routing, firewall, and WiFi, including some on-call work as needed.
- Coordinate and oversee the implementation of infrastructure and IT equipment installation within the New Store Opening process.
- Perform firewall maintenance and management in accordance with PCI standards.
- Ensure PCI enforcement and remediation of vulnerabilities on restaurant-level networking equipment.
- Communicate and coordinate with various vendors, operations, facilities, and property management based on project/task needs.
The right person has…
- Associate’s degree in computer technology-related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Network Professional Certification (e.g., FCP, CCNA) strongly preferred.
- Minimum three years of relevant experience; experience with Infrastructure as Code practices and tools like Ansible, Terraform, or Python-based automation preferred.
- Strong computer/technology skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to embrace change and continuous learning.
