**Key Responsibilities:**
– Lease apartments while adhering to company policies and relevant laws
– Create a friendly and professional atmosphere in the leasing office
– Communicate effectively with residents and prospects via phone, text, and email
– Track and manage prospect interactions through CRM IQ
– Collaborate with the Property Manager to analyze market trends and improve resident satisfaction
– Conduct online marketing audits and identify new opportunities
– Inspect properties and report maintenance needs
– Assist in planning and hosting engaging resident events
– Travel between properties as needed
**What We’re Looking For:**
– High school diploma or GED
– 1-3 years of leasing experience preferred
– Strong sales and communication skills
– Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
– Problem-solving mindset with a passion for real estate
– Detail-oriented and committed to quality work
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems like Yardi
