Our client is seeking an experienced Mobile Maintenance Mechanic, ready to bring their skills, experience, and energy to a great, growing team.
What you'll be doing…
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in assigned facilities.
- Assist in maintenance and repair efforts while independently performing defined tasks.
- Inspect and repair interior and exterior property areas, including HVAC systems, walls, flooring, lighting, and more.
- Maintain and repair plumbing components such as toilets, sinks, and water heaters.
- Document fire extinguisher maintenance and ensure building system compliance with local ordinances.
- Complete special tasks including painting, locksmith work, tenant service requests, and general maintenance.
- Prioritize preventative, corrective, and emergency work orders.
- Comply with safety procedures and maintain good housekeeping in work areas.
The right person has…
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 5-7 years of experience in maintenance, focusing on HVAC systems.
- Commercial HVAC experience (not residential).
- Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office, Outlook, and CMMS systems.
- Related experience or training in carpentry, electrical, and plumbing fields.
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
- Preferred: EPA Universal License and BAS Experience.
