What you’ll be doing…
- Supporting the operation, inspection, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and kitchen equipment.
- Assisting Mobile Engineers (HVAC/R) and Control Systems Technicians in maintenance and repair efforts, while performing independent tasks.
- Ensuring lighting systems are maintained, including bulbs and ballasts.
- Providing general interior maintenance, including HVAC/R coil cleaning and kitchen equipment upkeep.
- Performing minor plumbing repairs.
- Completing special tasks like painting, locksmith work, and fulfilling tenant service requests.
- Being on call for after-hours emergencies to ensure seamless operations.
- Adhering to safety policies regarding hazardous materials storage, usage, and disposal.
The right person has…
Required Qualifications:
- A valid state driver’s license.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Self-motivation to work independently or within a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical training completion is desirable, along with at least one year of experience in building repair, maintenance, and basic plumbing and electrical work.
- Ability to frequently climb, bend, kneel, lift, and drive.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.
- Provided tools necessary for task completion.
Location: Onsite, supporting the Columbus, OH market.
Work Shift: Day shift.
