Seeking a Mobile HVAC/Maintenance Technician!

Look no further! We’re on the hunt for a dynamic Mobile HVAC/Maintenance Technician eager to show off their skills while cruising between scenic sites in a provided vehicle.

- Flexibility to respond to occasional after-hours call-outs — usually just a few times per month.
- You’ll journey across up to 20 diverse sites, with the furthest being 85 miles from Albany, encompassing office spaces, warehouses, barns, and garages.

Your role includes…
- Execute preventive and repair response tasks across various facility mechanical, electrical, and installed systems.
- Maintain, operate, and repair all HVAC systems along with associated equipment, plumbing systems, building repairs, and grounds maintenance.
- Perform inspections and due diligence, ensuring client satisfaction and seamless operations.
- Effectively respond to emergencies with precision.
- Prepare detailed summary reports for management, offering recommendations.
- Familiarize with building automation systems, fire/life safety systems, and related equipment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and enhance workplace safety by suggesting improvements.
- Ensure compliance with state, county, and city regulations.
- Availability for any required after-hours building activities.
- Attend training seminars for continuous learning.
- Handle other operational tasks typical to the Mobile Engineer role.
Qualifications we’re looking for…
Required:
- Universal EPA 608 Certification.
- At least four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering with a strong focus on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
- Valid state driver’s license.
- Capability to lift up to 80 lbs and climb ladders up to 30 ft.
- Willingness to perform on-call duties and overtime when needed.
Preferred:
- In-depth knowledge of MEP/HVAC system design and application.
- Experience in managing work orders utilizing CMMS technology.
- Background in commercial facilities services roles.
