We're on the hunt for a talented Mobile Engineer ready to bring their expertise and make a difference across multiple facilities.
What You’ll Be Doing…
- Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment on all systems.
- Showcase your technical expertise in one craft area: Electrical, HVAC, Piping/Plumbing, Central Utility Plant Operations.
- Perform maintenance and repairs on Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Furniture, Fire, Life Safety, and Control systems.
- Travel between multiple facilities to ensure their efficient operation and compliance with standards.
- Maintain facility services, oversee preventative maintenance, and manage purchasing and inventory control.
- Clean, inspect, calibrate, and replace parts to ensure HVAC systems operate at peak performance.
- Document equipment readings and make necessary adjustments for optimal performance.
- Comply with safety procedures for storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials, ensuring a safe workspace.
- Keep an inventory of tools and instruments, performing periodic checks.
- Monitor and evaluate maintenance work quality and pricing by outside contractors.
- Identify and address safety hazards, proposing effective solutions to eliminate them.
The Right Person Has…
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- 5-7 years of experience in maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
- Proven ability to analyze and resolve issues in Commercial or Industrial Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- EPA 608 Type II Certification.
- Knowledge of computer applications, including Word and Excel.
- A valid driver’s license.
- While not required, an EPA 608 Universal Certification and two years of trade schooling in electrical system design, refrigeration, and HVAC is preferred.
