Key Responsibilities:
– Operate, inspect, and maintain all HVAC/R systems and associated equipment, ensuring energy-efficient and safe operations.
– Perform preventive maintenance and repair work on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
– Utilize CMMS systems like Corrigo to update work order status in real-time.
– Conduct facility inspections and report on conditions affecting client operations.
Qualifications:
– Universal CFC recovery certification (or within 90 days of employment).
– Minimum of four years of technical experience in building engineering, with a strong background in HVAC/R, plumbing, and electrical systems.
– Experience with commercial and supermarket refrigeration systems.
– Valid state driver’s license and willingness to join UFCW 951.
