Your Role
Join our team as a Plumber and oversee the daily operations of the site’s water and sewerage systems. You’ll be involved in both preventative and corrective maintenance across a range of facility plumbing systems.
- Operate and maintain plumbing equipment and systems.
- Perform Backflow Certifications for diverse clients.
- Plan, layout, assemble, install, test, maintain, and repair a variety of plumbing systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair all aspects of plumbing systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints and plumbing schematics.
- Ensure safety and compliance in all plumbing activities.

- Show expertise in plumbing systems and maintenance tasks.

- Work autonomously and efficiently on assignments.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Physical Work Conditions
- Comfortably work in tight spaces, on rooftops, and at heights.
- Capable of lifting up to 80 lbs.
- Drive for extended periods as required by the job.
Qualifications & Skills Needed
- Valid state driver’s license.
- Journeyman’s or State Plumbing License required.
- Backflow certification or the ability to obtain within 90 days.
- Minimum 4 years of trade school or equivalent training, plus 5+ years of plumbing experience.
- Familiarity with OSHA standards and local codes.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of MEP system design and application.
- Experience using CMMS technology.
- Background in commercial facilities service roles.
