Mobile Engineer (HVAC/R & Facilities Maintenance)

Are you an experienced HVAC/R professional who enjoys solving complex mechanical problems and takes pride in keeping buildings operating safely and efficiently? We’re looking for a skilled Mobile Engineer to join our team and support commercial facilities by maintaining the essential systems that keep our clients’ operations moving.

What You’ll Do

Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC/R, commercial refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

Troubleshoot equipment issues and complete repairs to minimize downtime.

Maintain and repair building systems, lighting, production equipment, and interior/exterior building components.

Conduct routine facility inspections and identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and performance.

Complete work orders and document all maintenance activities using a CMMS platform such as Corrigo.

Update work order status in real time and maintain accurate service records.

Safely operate and maintain building equipment while following all safety and operational procedures.

Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to emergency service needs as required.
What We’re Looking For
-
At least 4 years of hands-on experience in commercial building engineering, facilities maintenance, or a similar role.

Strong troubleshooting experience with HVAC/R systems and commercial or supermarket refrigeration.

Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and building automation systems.

Universal EPA/CFC Certification (or the ability to obtain it within 90 days of hire).

Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel between assigned facilities.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience using CMMS/work order systems such as Corrigo.

Trade school education or a documented apprenticeship in HVAC, refrigeration, or electrical systems.

Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
