**Your Role and Impact:**
As our Mobile Engineer, you will be the backbone of our facility operations, ensuring that all HVAC systems are operating at peak performance. **Key Responsibilities:**
– Execute maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems to guarantee optimal performance.
– Perform live troubleshooting to swiftly resolve HVAC issues.
– Engage in basic electrical tasks, such as replacing bulbs, while adhering to safety standards.
– Conduct plumbing tasks, including working with K4500 cleaning machines, Sloan valves, and faucets.
– Undertake basic carpentry work, including small patch and paint jobs.
– Travel between facilities to ensure seamless operation of building systems.
– Oversee facility services, preventative maintenance, purchasing, inventory control, and general maintenance.
– Record equipment readings and make necessary adjustments for efficient operation.
– Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
– Monitor and evaluate maintenance work performed by external contractors.
**What We’re Looking For:**
– A high school diploma or equivalent.
– 5-7 years of experience in maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
– Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
– EPA 608 Type II Certification is a must.
– Proficiency in computer applications such as Word and Excel.
– A valid driver’s license is required.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
– EPA 608 Universal Certification.
– Two years of trade schooling in electrical system design, refrigeration, and HVAC.
