Our client is seeking an experienced Mobile Engineer 3, ready to bring their skills, experience, and energy to a great, growing team.
What you'll be doing…
- Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment and systems in assigned facilities.
- Perform inspections and repairs on property interior and exterior areas, including walls, flooring, fixtures, roofing systems, and lighting.
- Execute ongoing preventive and repair response work orders on facility systems and equipment.
- Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC/R systems and associated equipment, electrical distribution, plumbing systems, and production equipment.
- Conduct facility inspections and due diligence efforts, reporting conditions impacting client occupancy and operations.
- Submit P-card receipts and update work order status in real-time using CMMS systems like Corrigo.
- Be available for call-in work and other duties as required.
The right person has…
- Universal CFC recovery certification (or willing to obtain within 90 days of employment).
- Minimum of four years of technical experience in building engineering with a strong background in HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment maintenance.
- Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial and/or supermarket refrigeration.
- A valid state driver’s license.
- Experience with CMMS systems and a working knowledge of computer applications like Word and Excel.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Preferred completion of trade school or documented apprenticeship in electrical systems, refrigeration, and HVAC.
