Our client is seeking an experienced Mobile Engineer, ready to bring their skills, experience, and energy to a great, growing team.
What you'll be doing…
- Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment systems to achieve efficient operating results and ensure longevity.
- Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair response work orders on facility systems and equipment.
- Maintain and repair HVAC/R systems, electrical distribution, plumbing, and building interiors/exteriors as it pertains to assigned buildings.
- Conduct facility inspections and due diligence efforts, reporting on conditions that impact client occupancy and operations.
- Utilize CMMS systems for all work performed and keep work order status updated in real time.
- Submit daily P-card receipts and be available for call-in work as required.
The right person has…
- Universal CFC recovery certification or the ability to obtain it within 90 days of employment.
- A minimum of four years of technical experience in building engineering with a strong background in HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, production equipment repair, and maintenance.
- Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial refrigeration and/or supermarket refrigeration.
- Experience utilizing CMMS (Work Order) systems and proficiency in computer applications, including Word and Excel.
- Two years of trade school education or a documented apprenticeship in electrical systems, refrigeration, and HVAC.
- A valid state driver’s license.
