What you'll be doing…
- Lead maintenance operations across designated buildings supporting the Operations Manager.
- Deliver technical expertise and troubleshooting for HVAC/R systems.
- Mentor and onboard technicians in company protocols.
- Conduct weekly quality assurance inspections.
- Manage refrigerant inventory for compliance.
- Prepare technical evaluations and deficiency reports.
- Respond swiftly to emergencies with effective solutions.
- Support operations management with metrics reporting.
The right person has…
Requirements:
- 6+ years of supervisory experience in building engineering.
- Technical mastery in HVAC/R systems, especially rack refrigeration.
- Valid driver's license for site travel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Corrigo facility management.
- Availability for flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication skills to train and mentor team members.
Preferred:
- EPA certification for refrigerant handling.
- Experience with preventive maintenance program implementation.
- Commercial building operations background.
- Knowledge of energy efficiency best practices.
- Experience in capital project planning.
