What you'll be doing…
– Conduct thorough research on market conditions—be it local, regional, or national areas—to assess potential sales for our products and services.
– Gather and analyze competitor data alongside prospective marketing and distribution methods.
– Advise businesses on factors affecting product and service buys, globally.
– Collaborate with legal teams to resolve issues like copyright infringements and royalty negotiations.
– Develop pricing strategies by balancing our firm’s objectives with customer satisfaction.
– Lead the recruitment, training, and performance assessment of our marketing and sales staff, ensuring optimum daily operations.
– Evaluate financial aspects of product development, including budgets, expenditure, and research funding, alongside profit-loss evaluations.
– Shape marketing activities and policies to promote our offerings, hand-in-hand with advertising managers.
– Identify, develop, and assess our marketing strategy considering the company's goals and market dynamics.
– Negotiate robust contracts with vendors to optimize product distribution, creating efficient distribution networks.
– Utilize sales forecasting and strategic planning to maintain product, line, or service profitability by monitoring market trends.

Preferred Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (in-office: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday; remote: Monday, Friday)
