What you'll be doing…
- Develop and deploy production-grade machine learning models for industrial vision inspection systems.
- Accelerate model development and training using synthetic data generation, ensuring high accuracy and generalization.
- Lead and manage projects from concept to launch, including creating schedules and establishing due dates and milestones.
- Collaborate closely with both internal and external groups to ensure quality and integrate robust AI solutions into high-volume manufacturing environments.
The right person has…
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in industrial machine vision and edge AI deployment.
- Proficiency in Python and C++ with strong knowledge of ML frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Hands-on experience with containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
- Experience integrating vision systems with PLCs and industrial protocols like OPC-UA and MQTT.
- Ability to travel to various manufacturing centers across North America and internationally.
