What You Will Be Doing…
- Lead a dedicated team of three workers, driving green initiatives throughout the plant.
- Implement and manage preventive maintenance strategies for operational efficiency.
- Supervise and manage daily operations, ensuring union employees adhere to the CBA (Collective Bargaining Agreement).
- Coordinate third-party housekeeping and sub-contractor activities as necessary.
- Nurture professional growth and training coverage for supervisors when required.
Key Responsibilities…
- Meet regularly with Maintenance Manager to discuss project timelines and outcomes.
- Monitor plant operations and troubleshoot DC and AC voltage issues.
- Ensure comprehensive government regulatory compliance and safety program adherence.
- Maintain an organized and tidy workspace, keeping log books meticulously updated.
- Facilitate daily communication and address any operational issues effectively.
The Right Person Has…
- A minimum of 3 – 5 years of supervisory experience in the maintenance industry.
- Comprehensive understanding of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Proven experience working within a unionized environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and management capabilities, along with strong computer skills.
Schedule: 6am – 2:30pm
