What you’ll be doing…
- Serve as backup IT support specialist for the Solid Waste Division.
- Provide end-user support for laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
- Manage hardware inventory and lifecycle.
- Perform preventative maintenance and maintain documentation.
- Assist with user training, deployment, and process improvements.

- User support experience.
- Imaging systems experience.
- User computer imaging and deployment experience.
