What you’ll be doing…
- Act as a strategic partner in defining project goals and delivering impactful, value-added solutions.
- Coordinate and manage competing priorities across interdisciplinary teams, ensuring alignment with overarching project objectives.
- Work closely with business units to grasp their needs and translate these into actionable IT requirements.
- Bridge the gap as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that outcomes align seamlessly with business goals.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable tasks for technical teams to execute.
- Craft compelling business cases, executive summaries, and documentation that marry business requirements with technological solutions.
- Ensure adherence to IT audit procedures and regulatory mandates.
- Facilitate excellent communication using superior written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
- Track and follow up on tasks to ensure accountability and timely completion across all teams.
- Maintain a regular cadence of updates, whether daily or weekly, through status meetings and reports to keep all stakeholders informed.
The right person has…
- A background in Business Analysis, Business Relationship Management, Operations, or IT Project Management within a sizable municipal, enterprise, or utility environment.
- A proven track record of successful collaboration across interdisciplinary teams.
- Strong documentation and communication skills, with an emphasis on executive-level reporting.
- An understanding of IT audit procedures and regulatory compliance (preferred).
- The ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
