Your Impact:
As an IT Budget & Financial Operations Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of financial planning and budget governance for our IT and Security departments. Your expertise will ensure financial transparency, accuracy, and alignment with our strategic goals. By supporting procurement and financial operations, you'll help optimize vendor spend and drive cost-effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and manage IT and Security OpEx and CapEx budgets.
– Prepare and analyze financial forecasts and long-range plans.
– Ensure budget accuracy and financial reporting quality.
– Support contract negotiations with financial insights and budget assessments.
– Oversee purchase order drafting and vendor invoice validation.
What We’re Looking For:
– Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Strong analytical skills and advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
– Ability to communicate financial insights effectively to diverse stakeholders.
– Experience in budget analysis, financial planning, or operations.
Preferred Skills:
– Experience with IT or Security budgets.
