What you’ll be doing…

- Analyze statistical data and product specifications to set standards and establish quality and reliability goals.
- Develop manufacturing methods, labor utilization standards, and cost analysis systems to optimize efficiency.
- Recommend strategies to enhance the utilization of personnel, materials, and utilities.
- Plan and establish sequences for fabricating and assembling parts to ensure efficient operations.
- Apply statistical methods and math calculations to determine critical manufacturing processes.
- Coordinate quality control objectives to address production challenges and enhance product reliability.
- Estimate production costs and assess the impact of design changes for management review and action.
- Draft and design equipment layouts to illustrate utmost efficiency using drafting tools and computer software.
The right person has…
- Poste secondary Degree or Diploma in Industrial Engineering preferred or other Engineering field.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in AutoCad.
- Knowledge of Standard Time Data analysis.
- Creativity, excellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Team-oriented with a keen attention to detail.
- Basic proficiency in creating sketches, engineering drawings, and conducting common computations.
- Fundamental understanding of technical design techniques and business management principles.
- Experience with engineering software applications such as MS Visual Basic, MS Project, and ABAQUS.
