Our client is seeking an experienced Implementation Engineer, ready to bring their skills, experience, and energy to a great, growing team.
What you'll be doing…
- Participate in daily written and verbal reports up to Senior Manager level.
- Develop process plans for battery production lines with direct support from the Manager.
- Collaborate with teams supporting Engineers, Construction Management, Technicians, Vendors, and General Contractors to achieve project milestones.
- Lead equipment procurement, installation planning, commissioning, and launch of battery production lines.
- Ensure advanced cleanliness protocols for battery manufacturing.
- Lead and support equipment trials to meet safety, quality, and productivity targets.
- Identify punchlist items, perform root cause analysis, and manage countermeasures accordingly.
- Summarize KPIs, provide mass-production handover, and support production issues.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to discuss project schedules and milestones.
- Create and maintain detailed schedules and budgets for assigned areas.
- Complete internal and external training.
The right person has…
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or similar technical field.
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in project management dealing with capital investments greater than $0.5M.
- Ability to read and interpret 2D drawings for facilities and process equipment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and 2D/3D drafting software such as AutoCAD.
- Experience in production preparation and execution of capital projects from strategy planning to mass production.
- Ability for business travel, both domestic and international, up to 10%.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and during shutdown periods as needed.
