What You'll Be Doing…
- Oversee and maintain system operations for applications and infrastructure across various environments including production, pre-production, and staging.
- Collaborate with other technical entities for diagnostics and network optimization, ensuring seamless user access.
- Manage both primary and secondary on-premise cloud environments for seamless failover operations.
- Implement and manage application service accounts for REST API integrations with external systems.
- Leverage your expertise in Microsoft .NET, AppFabric, MVC frameworks, SharePoint Server, and web-based development.
- Deliver customer support for quarterly application updates and functionality enhancements within the Agile Release Train.
- Provide top-tier helpdesk support for application data managers and end-users.
The Right Candidate Has…
- Extensive experience with managing and configuring IIS and IIS hosted applications.
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience.
- A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Expertise in SQL server database querying, maintenance, and performance tuning.
- Comprehensive experience with Microsoft .NET, AppFabric, SharePoint Server, and MVC web-based development.
- Desirable knowledge of Web API, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework ORM.
- Proficiency with source control using Git.
- An active Top Secret with SCI eligibility, and ability to pass a background check.
- Proficiency in Microsoft and Adobe toolsets.
- Strong collaboration skills, capable of working with diverse technical teams.
- A keen analytical mindset adept at troubleshooting complex issues.
- The ability to interpret technical requirements and coordinate resolutions with specialized teams.
- Exceptional communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
