Our client is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician 2, ready to bring their skills, experience, and energy to a great, growing team.
What you'll be doing…
- Evaluate, train, teach, and coach a workforce of Lead Engineers, Facility Engineers, and Maintenance Technicians.
- Perform preventive maintenance and repair service work on HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and various other building systems to maintain properties in peak operational condition.
- Possess hands-on skills and knowledge to complete required repairs and maintenance on commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, cooling towers, pumps, motors, air handlers, automation/controls systems, and associated electrical and pneumatic systems.
- Adhere to Safe Work practices, especially concerning energized work, working at heights, and confined spaces.

- Ability to evaluate and train a workforce in technical areas as needed.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on meeting quality standards and evaluating customer satisfaction.
