What you'll be doing…
- Process and support payroll activities, ensuring accurate and compliant payroll management
- Maintain and audit HRIS data, including employee records, job changes, and organizational updates
- Support benefits administration and address employee inquiries
- Generate and analyze HR and payroll reports, offering valuable insights to leadership
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure alignment on headcount, reporting, and compliance
- Assist with audits, including payroll, benefits, and internal HR reviews
- Identify opportunities to enhance processes, data accuracy, and reporting efficiency
The right person has…
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3–5 years of experience in HR, payroll, or HRIS/analytics role
- Proficiency with payroll processing and HR systems (ADP experience preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills and a keen eye for detail
- Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and HR compliance requirements
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion
This position is located onsite in Hammond, IN, five days a week. It offers excellent exposure to both HR and Finance, making it an ideal opportunity for those looking to advance their career in HR analytics or operations.
