About the Opportunity
Our AI Factory is seeking highly execution-oriented builders to design, develop, and deploy AI-enabled tools, agents, and workflows that scale across consulting delivery.
This is not a strategy-only role. We are looking for individuals who ship working solutions, iterate rapidly, and operate effectively in ambiguous, high-impact environments.

What You’ll Do

Deconstruct real consulting workflows to identify leverage points for automation or augmentation

Design and build AI-powered tools, including Claude Code-based agents and GenAI-enabled workflows

Rapidly prototype, deploy, and iterate on production-ready artifacts

Drive measurable impact through adoption and delivery acceleration

Operate independently while collaborating with consulting and product stakeholders

What We’re Looking For
Demonstrated Builder

Clear examples of shipped AI-enabled tools

Applied GenAI Experience

Hands-on experience with Claude and/or Markdown-based development

Experience building AI agents, automation tools, or workflow systems
