Our client is seeking a seasoned Full Stack Software Engineer – AI, ready to bring their skills, experience, and energy to a dynamic and innovative team.
What you'll be doing…
- Utilizing AI-assisted development tools to enhance workflow and productivity.
- Building and deploying AI-powered applications, such as chatbots, RAG systems, or recommendation features, by leveraging cutting-edge technologies and architectures.
- Working with diverse AI models and frameworks to deliver optimal solutions while balancing trade-offs related to cost, latency, and accuracy.
- Developing robust backend systems with Java in various formats, including APIs, microservices, and batch jobs.
- Contributing to the design and implementation of React front-end applications, taking ownership of UI components and architecture.
- Engaging in system design thinking to create comprehensive solutions, deciding the overall architecture and integration of APIs, data models, and front-end flows.

- Experience with AI-assisted development tools, such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and others, with the ability to critically assess their impact on processes.
- Proven track record in building AI-powered applications, including proficiency in determining the best tools and approaches for specific problems.
- Familiarity with a range of AI models and platforms, such as OpenAI GPT or Anthropic Claude, and the ability to make informed decisions regarding trade-offs in AI application development.
- Expertise in developing backend systems using Java with a deep understanding of typical roles and responsibilities in such projects.
- Solid experience with developing React applications, showcasing an ability to manage complex UI or front-end architectures effectively.
- Strong skills in system design and strategic thinking, enabling the creation of innovative solutions from the ground up.
