Full Stack .NET Developer

Location: 4 Days Onsite, 1 Potentially Remote

Role Overview

As a Senior Software Engineer, your primary focus will be the design, development, testing, and management of application projects critical to our IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for integrating third-party components, introducing custom capabilities, modifying existing code, and recommending process improvements. Working under the guidance of lead architects, you’ll design, build, and deploy applications that manage large-scale data processing, intensive statistical modeling, and advanced analytics. You’ll be involved in all phases of the software development life cycle, ensuring solutions meet our high standards.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and manage application projects supporting IT infrastructure.
  • Integrate third-party components and introduce new custom capabilities.
  • Enhance functionality and performance by modifying existing code.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements and automation.
  • Collaborate with lead architects on technical efforts to design and deploy applications.
  • Handle large-scale data processing, statistical modeling, and advanced analytics.
  • Engage in planning, requirements gathering, development, testing, and QA stages of the software development cycle.
  • Conduct technical project reviews, code architecture sessions, and development knowledge transfer.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, continually contributing to the team’s success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 3-8+ years of software development and application management experience.
  • Strong expertise in application design, development, testing, and management.
  • Proficiency in integrating third-party components and introducing custom capabilities.
  • Ability to recommend and implement process improvements and automation.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 Power Platform and SharePoint.
  • Extensive experience in large-scale data processing and advanced analytics.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the software development life cycle.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with lead architects.
  • Familiarity with technical project milestone reviews and code architecture sessions.
  • Knowledge of resource estimation and development best practices.
  • Proven ability to mentor and share knowledge with team members.
  • Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility.
  • Must pass background checks as required by projects and/or clients.

Minimum Skills Required

  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Responsive and urgent approach to customer inquiries.
  • Proficient in Microsoft and Adobe toolsets (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Acrobat, etc.).
  • Highly motivated with capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to build meaningful relationships both individually and in teams.
  • Self-starter with capabilities for independent and team work.
