Key Responsibilities:
– Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in MHE fleet equipment.
– Engage in disassembly, repair, and reassembly of critical components, ensuring optimal performance.
– Lead preventive maintenance and safety inspections, utilizing Agile methodologies to enhance efficiency.
– Respond swiftly to service calls and equipment breakdowns, minimizing downtime for clients.
– Maintain meticulous service records and documentation, ensuring transparency and accountability.
– Manage inventory and order replacement parts, optimizing client resources.
Qualifications:
– A minimum of eight years of verifiable experience with forklifts, aerial lifts, tuggers, or material handling equipment.
– Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and diagnostic skills.
– Proficiency in industrial equipment mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
– Experience with Preventive Maintenance Programs and technical schematics interpretation.
– Strong physical capability and a valid Driver’s License.
Preferred Skills:
– Familiarity with computer instrumentation for diagnostics and maintenance tracking.
– Knowledge of manufacturing standards and industrial batteries.
– Experience with brands like Hyster, Hoist, Crown, and more.
