What you’ll be doing…
- Perform ongoing preventive and repair response work on facility mechanical, plumbing, and other installed systems and equipment.
- Conduct facility inspections and due diligence, reporting on conditions affecting client occupancy and operations.
- Assist in general maintenance tasks, including light plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work.
The right person has…
- 1+ years of experience in general building repair and maintenance, basic plumbing, and basic electrical in a commercial setting.
- Experience troubleshooting and performing preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment.
- Proficiency in using a volt meter.
