What you'll be doing…
- Operational management and daily leadership of the engineering team to ensure efficient machinery and system operations.
- Overseeing HVAC systems maintenance, ensuring optimal equipment operation, and managing inventory for building operations.
- Ensuring safety compliance, identifying hazards, and maintaining infrastructure documentation.
- Demonstrating proper tool use and providing hands-on training for maintenance, safety, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Executing equipment inspections and implementing maintenance best practices to enhance performance.
The right person has…
- 5+ years of facility-related work experience, including supervisory and customer service.
- Comprehensive knowledge of maintenance processes and construction planning.
- Exposure to HVAC, mechanical systems, welding, and electrical systems engineering.
- Valid HVAC and EPA certifications.
- Experience with CMMS technology and strong computer skills including Microsoft Office 365.
